Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • All purchases of digital content (courses, files, modules) are non-refundable once access is granted.

2. Pre-booked Courses

  • Students may request a refund before the course start date.
  • Refunds will be processed minus transaction fees.

3. Course Cancellation

  • If a course is cancelled by TopperOn or the hosting teacher, students will receive a full refund.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but access is not granted, a full refund will be issued.

5. Teacher Subscriptions

  • Hosting/management service fees paid by teachers are non-refundable.
